Few Important Incident in virtues of Surah Al-Najm

We mention some famous incidents related to Surah Al-Najm

1. Narrated to Hazrat Abdullah bin Masud that:
The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad(PBUH) recited Suratan-Najm at Makkah and prostrated while reciting it and those who were with him did the same except an old man who took a handful of small stones or earth and lifted it to his forehead and said, “This is sufficient for me.” Later on, I saw him killed as a non-believer.
(Sahih al-Bukhari: 1067)

2. Narrated to Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA):
In the year of the Conquest of Makkah, the tribe of Khuzaa killed a man from the tribe of Bani Lais in revenge for a killed person belonging to them. They informed the Prophet (PBUH) about it. So he rode his Rahila (she-camel for riding) and addressed the people saying, “Allah held back the killing from Mecca. (The sub-narrator is in doubt whether the Prophet (PBUH) said “elephant or killing,” as the Arabic words standing for these words have great similarity in shape), but He (Allah) let His Apostle and the believers over power the infidels of Mecca. Beware! (Mecca is a sanctuary) Verily! Fighting in Mecca was not permitted for anyone before me, nor will it be permitted for anyone after me. It (war) was made legal for me for a few hours or so on that day. No doubt it is at this moment a sanctuary. It is not allowed to uproot its thorny shrubs or its trees or pick up its Luqat (fallen things) except by a person who will look for its owner (announce it publicly). And if somebody is killed, then his closest relative has the right to choose one of the two- the blood money (diya) or retaliation for having the killer killed. In the meantime, a man from Yemen came and said, “O Allah’s Messenger (PBUH)! Get that written for me.” The Prophet (PBUH) ordered his companions to write that for him. Then a man from Quraish said, “Except Al-Idhkhir (a type of grass that has good smell) O Allah’s Messenger (PBUH), as we use it in our houses and graves.” The Prophet (PBUH) said, “Except Al-Idhkhir. Al-Idhkhir is allowed to be plucked.
(Sahih al-Bukhari: 112)

3. Narrated to Hazrat Abu Huraira(RA):
Allah’s Messenger Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Our Lord, the Blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest Heaven to us when the last third of the night remains, saying: “Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?
(Sahih al-Bukhari: 1145)

4. Hazrat Qatada reported that he heard Abu al-Aliya saying that the cousin of your Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Hazrat Ibn e Abbas, told him:
The Messenger of Allah Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH), while narrating his night journey, observed: Musa (peace be upon him) was a man of high stature as if he was of the people of the Shanua (tribe), and Jesus was a well-built person having curly hair. He also mentioned Malik, the guardian of Hell, and Dajjal.
(Sahih al-Bukhari: 6228)

Conclusion
